We are not a contractor, and we do not perform remodeling work ourselves. Any remodeling services are provided by the independent contractor you choose to work with.
The remodelers we connect you with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work. Any agreement for remodeling services is strictly between you and the contractor, including price, scope, schedule, warranties, and payment. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed.
Any cost ranges, timelines, estimator results, or guidance on this website are general information only, not quotes or professional advice. Actual pricing and scope depend on your specific project and are determined by the contractor after assessing your home. Information about permits, local rules, and remodeling is provided for general understanding and may change; confirm specifics with your contractor or local municipality.
You agree to provide accurate information when you request a quote, and to independently evaluate any contractor before hiring them — including confirming their licensing, insurance, references, and the terms of your agreement. You are responsible for your decisions about who to hire and what work to authorize.
